We are three people in a small office in Ayegui, a village right next to Estella in Navarra. We started in 2020 because we kept seeing the same problem: companies spend thousands on ads driving traffic to pages that do not convert. The traffic is fine. The pages are the problem.
So we focused on just that one thing. We do not build full websites. We do not do apps. We do not manage social media. We design and build landing pages. That is our entire business.
We have done about 120 of them now, across SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, health, and events. The average conversion rate across all our pages is 8.4%, which we are pretty proud of considering the industry average hovers around 2-3%.
Navarra is not where you would expect to find a design studio, and that is sort of the point. Low overhead, no distractions, and fiber internet that is genuinely fast. We work with clients all over Spain and a few in France and Germany.
Why just landing pages?
People sometimes ask why we do not build full websites or offer SEO or run ads. The answer is pretty simple: we tried doing everything early on and we were mediocre at all of it. When we narrowed down to just landing pages, the quality of our work improved and so did the results for clients. Turns out specializing is not just a business strategy, it is the only way to get really good at something.
The team
Three of us. One designer who handles everything visual, from wireframes to the final Figma file. One developer who codes the pages and handles the technical stuff like form integration and analytics. And one person who writes the copy and manages client communication. We are small because we want to stay involved in every project. No account managers, no layers of bureaucracy, no junior designers doing the actual work while a senior person takes the credit.
Navarra
We are based in Ayegui, right next to Estella on the Camino de Santiago route. It is about as far from a tech hub as you can get. That is on purpose. Rent is cheap, distractions are minimal, and the internet is surprisingly good. We work remotely with clients in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and a few cities outside Spain. Nobody has ever visited our office, and it has never been a problem.
One thing, done well.
We only do landing pages. We have turned down full website projects and app designs because staying focused is how we stay good at this.
Less is usually more.
Most landing pages have too much content. We cut aggressively. Every element on the page needs to earn its place.
Numbers, not feelings.
We track everything. If a page does not hit at least 5% conversion, something is wrong and we fix it.
