Refund Policy

1. If We Mess Up

If the delivered page does not match the approved wireframe and design, we fix it. Free. That is not a refund, that is just finishing the job.

2. Before We Start Designing

Full refund within 14 days. No hard feelings.

3. After Delivery

No refund for completed, delivered work. The design files and code are yours, and we cannot un-deliver them.

4. How to Request

Email hello@webdesignwaves.com. We respond within 2 working days. Stripe refunds take 5-10 business days.
