Terms Of Service

1. Who

Web Design Waves, CIF B-XXXXXXXX, Navarra, Spain.

2. What

Landing page design and development, delivered digitally. Scope defined in each project proposal.

3. Payment

EUR. IVA at 21%. Stripe or bank transfer. 50% upfront for projects over 500 EUR, balance on delivery.

4. Ownership

Design files and code are yours after payment. We keep the right to show the page in our portfolio unless you tell us not to. Our internal templates and reusable components stay ours.

5. Revisions

Single Page: 2 rounds. Launch Pack: 3 rounds. Growth System: unlimited within scope. Extra revisions billed hourly.

6. What We Cannot Promise

We design pages that are optimized for conversion. But conversion rates depend on your traffic quality, your offer, your pricing, and your market. We guarantee professional work. We do not guarantee specific conversion numbers.

7. Cancellation

Before design starts: full refund. After design delivery: no refund for completed work. In between: prorated.

8. Legal

Spanish law. Courts of Pamplona. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal (RDL 1/2007). Waived once design work starts with your consent.
